New Year's Day!
Today has been great --- this was our relaxing day in the midst of the hubbub.....waking up late (7:30 a.m. -- lol), watching the Rose Bowl Parade and multiple bowl games, waiting on Shirley's husband to arrive from Wichita (via Wichita, Dallas, and El Paso!), getting ready to go out to dinner. Tomorrow is busy with the Pep Rally and Media Day and Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale. Thursday is the world's largest tailgate at the stadium sponsored by Tostitos and the game at 6:30 p.m. Stay tuned.

Paul arrived around 3:00 and we walked to dinner at The Wildflower Bread Company! Yummy soup, pasta, and sandwiches. Then back to shop the Kansas State Super Store to buy more purple for the pep rally tomorrow! Amazing adventure in the desert.
